Snowsport Stimulus Package 2010
Get Outdoors this winter and enjoy fresh air, nature and beautiful scenery with us. The Snowsports Stimulus package is open to persons of all ages and is a series of snowshoe hikes in the greater Galena and Dubuque area. Group snowshoe hikes are lead by experienced snowshoe enthusiasts who’ll take you on a different snowbound adventure practically every week.
By enrolling in the program you’ll receive several benefits. We offer two packages:

How it works
1. When you register for a package, either online or through a representative, you’ll be given a Snowsport Stimulus ID Card. Bring your card to every hike you attend. Anyone who purchased a rental package will get their card punched once, per person, per hike. You may use ‘punches’ on friends. Also, you may substitute a day rental for a hike at anytime.
Show this card to any of our business partners when you wish to redeem your discounts. The cards are active from January 1 through February 28th, 2010.
2. Once you’ve decided to attend a hike, call or email Fever River Outfitters and let them know you’ll be attending the hike. Though we’d like as much notice as possible, we’ll need at least 24 hours, in advance notice from those who are using rental snowshoes. You may request a particular pair of snowshoes you’d like to use.
3. You have the option of either driving yourself to the site of the hike, or riding with us. If you plan to ride with us, make arrangements either through your representative or through Fever River Outfitters.
4. You’re required to sign a release waiver
5. “Try Before you Buy” Snowshoe Offer – We are offering this program to the first 12 persons who register for it. You must register for the Snowsports Stimulus Package with rentals ($160). You may choose to demo any of Fever River Outfitter’s available snowshoes throughout the program. Starting February 28th through March 31st, you may select to purchase any of our used snowshoes for the prices listed below. There is a possibility that more snowshoes styles will become available throughout the program. In fairness to everyone, starting Feb 28th purchases are on a first come first serve basis.

6. No Refunds will be given. However, if you’ve paid for a Rentals package, and due to unsatisfactory snow conditions you’ve been unable to attend a total of even 4 hikes, you’ll be allowed to transfer 4 hikes, into 4 rentals, which may be redeemed up til February 28, 2011.
